Know yourself

Couple therapy, mediation, individual counseling and psycho-spiritual accompaniment (psychotherapy)

My attitude to therapy

What I believe

“I believe it is possible to get to know ourselves deeper and deeper. I believe everyone can mature and become wiser; there is always a possibility of change – change to a better state. It is possible to improve one’s lifestyle so that a person can experience his or her life in a meaningful way. I believe every single human being knows somewhere deep inside what is good for her or him and actually wants to live accordingly. It is just sometimes necessary to remove some obstacles that we find in our way. I believe it is possible to be cured, to find direction, and a way out. I believe it is possible to find the strength to reconcile and forgive; I believe it is possible to awaken the courage to find inner peace and tranquility. It is my great honour to accompany people as they attempt to get to know themselves better and to work on their issues. I am glad to support them as they search – just like me – for new, better, more healthy and beneficial lifestyles.”
